This one day training is designed to enhance your facilitation and leadership skills, with a focus in working online as well as in person. It will provide foundational tools and principles in effectively facilitating meetings, workshops and events and will take a look at the role of the facilitator in this. In addition, we will bring a focus to the skill of presenting and speaking publicly – how to hone and deliver your message, with confidence.

The training style encourages discussion and participants practice techniques through a series of exercises during the course.

About the trainers

Emma Haughton is an accredited coach, facilitator, and trainer with over 25 years experience supporting individuals and organisations in the creative and social sectors to realise their vision and potential. She is co-founder of Generate, a company of coaches and facilitators with a strong belief in the power of human relationships and creativity to support team and organisational purpose and sustainability. Emma is accredited as a coach with Relational Dynamics; is qualified in Time to Think (Nancy Kline’s Thinking Environment), in Advanced Gestalt Coaching and Gestalt Group Facilitation and is a Certified Practitioner in Systemic Coaching and Constellations.

Isabel Mortimer is an experienced personal and executive coach and is qualified as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an Organisational Relationship and Systems Coach (both endorsed by the International Coaching Federation, ICF). Isabel specialises in leadership & team development, cultural change, and enabling positive team dynamics. An established leader, Isabel was Resident Director for Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures Dance Company and is a fellow of the Clore Leadership Programme (Arts).
